Bugfix
When parsing a Hessian block from a YAML file, the program would check whether a signflip would be needed to align the results with the given frequencies. This is counterintuitive as a Hessian is well-defined. The program now assumes that the Hessian is simple a hessian and no longer considers the option it is a force derivatives matrix.
