build(codelang): require tagged core, drop local replace - #9

Makes the codelang module standalone-consumable: it now requires github.com/initializ/ctxzip v0.4.0 (the released core) instead of the local 'replace => ../' used during in-repo development. Verified: with the replace gone, 'go mod tidy' fetches core@v0.4.0 from the public proxy and the full codelang suite builds and passes against the released module. Enables 'go get github.com/initializ/ctxzip/codelang@v0.4.0' once the codelang/v0.4.0 tag is pushed.
