I made a quick fix to issue #42
Additionally, I added a function to check the progress of the nonblocking operations.
I have tested the code with_
mpirun -np 8 ./IMB-IO P_IWrite_Priv -iter 10,10,10 -npmin 8 -msglog 24:24 -iter_policy off -time 500
