is the target={'_blank'} being removed on purpose?
I have seen also that some of the links has the target blank and some other not, maybe it could be a good idea to unify all of them so they all do the same

This PR introduces an update to the design of both the navbar and the footer, aiming to be as faithful as possible to those found on the website. We have also updated the newsletter subscription point. Key changes:
Two new environment variables will be required.
