IonicPortals pinned Capacitor to ~> 8.0.0 (patch-only), which blocks 8.1.0+ releases and breaks pod install for consumers on newer Capacitor versions. Capacitor follows semver, so widening to ~> 8.0 (any 8.x) is safe and matches how other Capacitor plugin podspecs constrain their dependency.
