HTTP API missing logic to shut down active parallel-write streams after receiving SIGTERM

Streams created through the use of the parallel_write_init operation are not taken into account when the HTTP API is instructed to shut down.

We need to modify the shut down logic to make sure the HTTP API closes these streams in a controlled manner.
