Summary

• Release the Herdr DAG sidebar and status-bar management from feat(herdr): add DAG sidebar and agent management entry #58 as SemVer feature release 1.13.0.
• Only package.json, two package-lock root versions, and CHANGELOG.md change; no runtime, dependency, workflow, or settings edits.

• npm test: 218 passed; one existing opt-in SSH skip.
• npx tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit: passed.
• npm run package:vsix: passed; fresh 1.13.0 VSIX with native node-pty, no --no-dependencies.
