Closes #285 and #286. Adds a finite periodic local field/result contract, repeated-mode regression coverage, Bparallel result plumbing, and the ion Phi-only integral D11 coefficient. Also removes the Darwin SDK LAPACK include from KIM CMake and selects Homebrew GCC on macOS when available to avoid the libc++ header collision. The full QL-Balance build remains blocked by a fortio generated-module dependency artifact; this is documented in the implementation handoff.
