Release 2.19.4 promotes the validated release-note continuation fix from develop. Curated GitHub releases now preserve complete wrapped details and verification evidence while respecting Commitlint line limits. Verification: pnpm validate, semantic-release smoke, commitlint, Linux x64 and macOS ARM64 gates.
