Publish Ragmir 6.1.1 with semantic query reuse and bounded model inference. This promotes the exact validated develop tree after #192.

Single-query embeddings now reuse a project- and model-scoped in-memory cache bounded by entries and vector values. Search results remain fresh after index rebuilds, and callers receive independent vector arrays. Every semantic model call honors the existing embedding batch setting and preserves order and cancellation.

The release also refreshes the affected workspace toolchain dependencies and removes the repaired HTTP-cache audit exception. The public CLI and TypeScript API are unchanged.

Validation:

  • pnpm validate: 481 Core and 24 landing tests, coverage, builds, API, CLI/MCP, licenses, packaging and release smoke checks passed.
  • Feature PR fix(core): reuse semantic query vectors and bound inference batches #192: Linux x64, macOS ARM64, Quality gate, Commitlint and CodeQL passed.
  • Three alternating local benchmark comparisons: 288 repeated embeddings, 288 unique embeddings and 144 searches per variant; identical vector and search fingerprints.
  • Repeated semantic search median improved from 29.43 ms to 25.32 ms on the local reference base with the pinned mxbai model. Other models and corpora require their own measurements.
  • Production landing build prepared with the released version and canonical URL; publication and live verification follow the protected npm release workflow.

Release highlights:
- make repeated semantic searches faster while preserving retrieved evidence and citations
- enforce the configured batch limit for every semantic embedding call

Release details:
- **Core:** reuse single-query vectors in a bounded project- and model-scoped memory cache
- **Core:** preserve batch order, cancellation, and model cleanup without caching search results
- **Documentation:** document cache limits and the current-index retrieval guarantee
- **Toolchain:** update Handlebars and HTTP cache semantics and remove the old workspace
sprintf-js chain through Mammoth's compatible CLI dependency override
- **CI:** lint the pull request commit range directly from its base and head revisions

Verification:
- pass pnpm validate with 481 Core tests and 24 landing tests plus coverage, API, MCP,
builds, packaging, license policy, and release smoke checks
- pass Linux x64, macOS ARM64, Commitlint, and CodeQL on the feature pull request
- compare three alternating local runs with 288 repeated and 288 unique embeddings
and 144 searches per variant, preserving all vector and search fingerprints
- measure repeated-search median latency from 29.43 ms to 25.32 ms on the local reference base
- verify project/model isolation, cache budgets, cancellation, disposal, and refreshed evidence
