Issues

• Document and make configurable the host name in claimer identities (tbd start delegate)

• Session hook: a failed fallback is invisible to the agent, never puts tbd on PATH, and the "run the bootstrap first" rule does not hold under Claude Code's parallel hooks

jlevy/tbd#318 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 22, 2026

• Same-host dead PID does not release data-sync.lock until staleMs (30m)

  bug
jlevy/tbd#315 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 19, 2026

• Integration sync reports a parent overwrite after the write, and an unmapped assignee without naming the assignee or the fix

jlevy/tbd#311 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 17, 2026

• Full tbd sync blocked by one failing tracker item says nothing about the updates behind it, and does not accept --yes

  bug
jlevy/tbd#276 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• doctor misses dangling spec_path, epics without a spec_path, and the same spec filename in two lifecycle folders

  enhancement
jlevy/tbd#275 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• update-specs-status shortcut: bare and ./ sibling links do break on a move, and closed children are countable without reading bead files

  documentation
jlevy/tbd#274 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• update --spec validates against the current checkout only, so specs on other branches cannot be referenced and read as missing

  enhancement
jlevy/tbd#273 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• Linear max_nesting skips deep epics silently: no warning at creation, no doctor check, and the sync never converges

  bug
jlevy/tbd#272 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• list --specs shows open beads only and there is no --linked/--unlinked filter, so spec and tracker triage is one call per item

  enhancement
jlevy/tbd#271 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• No epic view with total vs open children; list --json omits closed beads, so the update-specs-status shortcut reads bead files directly

  enhancement
jlevy/tbd#270 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• Bulk update refuses --parent and --spec, so a spec move is three commands and N single calls

  enhancement
jlevy/tbd#269 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 7, 2026

• Linear sync rejects a valid duplicate close: "duplicate_of is only valid with resolution: duplicate" when resolution is duplicate

jlevy/tbd#267 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Sep 3, 2026

• Linear sync never converges: tbd sync reports success with work pending, and push/pull alternate forever on agreeing data

jlevy/tbd#265 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Aug 28, 2026

• Generated session hook prepends /usr/local/bin, shadowing a newer Node and misreporting the failure as a format incompatibility

• Actor model: tbd cannot express who is accountable separately from who is executing, and Linear models that as a first-class axis

• State model: tbd cannot express canceled or duplicate, and Linear/GitHub both can

• Repo resolution can silently cross git boundaries, and which database was used is unobservable

jlevy/tbd#204 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Aug 4, 2026

• gh guidance never reaches agents: ship the proxied-session decision rule in releases, refresh ensure-gh-cli.sh on upgrade, preempt contradictory built-in signals

jlevy/tbd#195 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Jul 19, 2026

• Improve forked-doc shortcut customization workflow for agents

• Suggestion/RFC: auto-installed, idempotent CI-watch reminder on PR creation (cross-agent)

jlevy/tbd#180 · Filter by author jlevy opened on Jun 16, 2026

• Remind agents to monitor CI after filing a PR (extend closing-reminder to gh pr create, cross-agent)
