fix(me): iguala a altura dos cards de curto/nao curto - #35

items-start deixava o card "Nao curto" (3 itens) bem mais baixo que o "Curto" (7 itens), o que passava despercebido quando havia mais secoes embaixo. Agora que os dois cards sao o ultimo bloco da pagina, essa diferenca de altura deixava um vazio esquisito no final. Volta para items-stretch (padrao do grid) + h-full no card visivel.
