docs: refresh marketing surfaces (landing, OG cards, gallery) to v1.2.0 - #173

The landing page and social cards lagged several releases behind: - landing/index.html: status bar and footer said v1.0.0; test counts said 7,796 (now 7,788); the SEO JSON-LD and enterprise exhibit claimed "485 public symbols" (a v1.0-era number that no longer matches the audited surface) - reworded to the verifiable claim (every public symbol stability-marked, CI-enforced). - landing/assets/og-image.svg said v0.27.2 and the SERVED og-image.png was never regenerated and still showed v0.20.1. SVG footer updated to v1.2.0 and the PNG re-rendered from it at 1200x630 via headless Chromium (pixel-faithful to the original design, verified visually). - docs/assets/og-image.svg + og-card.html badges: v1.0 -> v1.2 STABLE. - landing/examples/index.html regenerated (embeds example sources; 23 and 29 gained sections in the v1.1/v1.2 PRs). - docs/CLAUDE.md: gallery pointer referenced a nonexistent landing/examples.json - corrected to the real path + regen command. Follow-up to #172: the mkdocs docs were current, but the marketing surfaces lagged several releases:
