Hi, I'm Jordan, a solidity engineer and DeFi enthusiast, currently Head of Solutions at Aragon.

I love learning new things and new technologies. Recommendations on interesting things to read are extremely welcome.

In my free time I love music, fitness, cooking and reading weird books.

Some of my past projects:

CoW Swap Value Accrual

RFQ

  • RFQ for the CoW DAO to study tokenomics of the COW token including a comparative benchmark analysis of major DeFi protocols, and Monte-Carlo financial forecasting to project cashflow outcomes with different value accrual strategies.

Aragon VE Governance

veGov

  • Flexible Voting Escrow governance system that can be whitelabeled for different use cases.
  • Deployed in a number of Aragon builds such as Puffer, Mode, YieldNest, Citrea, XMAQUINA and Katana.
  • Based on in depth research of VE tokenomics such as documented in my primer on Aerodrome finance

Aragon Toucan Voting

Toucan

  • Multichain Voting plugin with optional support for paymasters for gasless voting.
  • Uses LayerZero as the messaging bridge and implements a delegate OFT pattern with lock/mint bridge to ensure quorums are well specified.
  • Forks of Toucan are used regularly at Aragon, most notably in Alchemix V3.

Auxo (closed source)

  • Auxo was a DeFi yield farming protocol on Ethereum that rewarded stakers who participated in onchain governance.
  • Auxo had a non-dilutive token model: stakers were not diluted by inflation, and instead received rewards directly in wETH.
  • Auxo was my previous focus, where I worked as a Smart Contract development lead.

Learn Assembly by Hacking Smart Contracts

Website

  • This is a work-in-progress series that I've hosted on my Astro blog, where I take you through writing EVM Assembly code (Yul & Bytecode) in a hands-on way.
  • In it we complete challenges in the OpenZeppelin Ethernaut using pure assembly, something I have been doing myself
