Adds twoperson to Tools & Utilities.
twoperson is a small Python CLI that enforces a two-person rule between two AI coding agents: a builder publishes a review packet, a reviewer records a verdict, and the packet schema won't represent "pushed without a review reference" or "approved without a commit sha" — so an approval is bound to one exact commit and goes stale on rebase. Includes a Claude Code Stop-hook installer (the reviewer wakes on session end), a credential scan on packets, and is git-worktree aware. Pure Python, MIT, on PyPI.
