Require Node.js ^22.14.0 || >=24.0.0 to align supported runtimes with the other jsdom packages, and test the minimum Node.js 22 and 24 versions in CI. Replace the legacy ESLint config with flat config using @domenic/eslint-config v6 and its reduced Stylistic preset. Add oxfmt with sortImports and an HTML exclusion, provide lint:fix, fmt, and fmt:check scripts, and run lint and formatting checks together through npm run check in CI. Replace Benchmark.js with Tinybench and an ES module benchmark entry point, preserving the existing fixture workload and assertions. Refresh all development dependencies and rebuild the lockfile from scratch. Correct the README's invalid "use strict": statement to a valid strict-mode directive so the usage example parses as JavaScript, and normalize the npm repository metadata.
