The second commit renders the first one obsolete in that it allows the preview pane to occupy the whole screen. I like this better as it allows the user to see more of an email if they want to. Title of this pull request would need to be changed to "Maximize preview pane". Seems I'm not allowed to do this. |

The preview pane is a little bit too large, so when no mail is displayed, it is possible to scroll a little bit.
This commit fixes the preview pane's height.
