I build AI agents, and I help organizations learn to build with them.

I've found the hard part is rarely the technology itself. It's everything around it. What data a system can reach, what guardrails keep it safe, and whether the people using it actually understand what it's doing. So I work on both sides. I build systems, and I teach the teams who will live with them.

A developer's first clients are the people they work with. Whatever I'm building, the goal stays the same, which is to remove the bottleneck between people and the work. That extends to the team itself. Wherever I've been, I've taken part in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring, because a team that works well together is the thing everything else rests on.

Backend engineering is where I come from, and it still shapes how I build. I build and maintain open source, keep studying the fundamentals, and write to think things through.
