With a Master's in International Education Policy from Harvard University and hands-on experience across South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, I help organizations translate complex subject matter into clear, impactful learning.
Designed an eLearning course for 100,000 participants on foundational digital skills as part of the DIGITAL STARs program. Delivered storyboards, trainer manuals, and ChatGPT-integrated exercise materials — one of the first large-scale LLM-integrated digital literacy curricula in the region.
Built a gender-mainstreaming Training-of-Trainers system for a national skills development initiative. Developed a cohort of 50 gender focal persons and 20 master trainers, with a full suite of facilitator manuals and participant workbooks.
Developed a 500+ page training manual promoting evidence-based pedagogy for workforce development and tourism sector growth, in collaboration with the World Bank.
Authored the widely adopted Kolibri Edtech Toolkit, integrating an offline-first teaching and learning platform with innovative pedagogical practices for implementation partners across the globe.
