Updates the repository’s default .env template to align with how the Docker build selects the WriteFreely git tag/branch (Dockerfile uses --branch v${VERSION}), and bumps the default WriteFreely version used by the build.
Changes:
- Fix
.envdefaultVERSIONvalue format by removing the leadingv(so Dockerfile’sv${VERSION}produces a valid tag). - Update the default WriteFreely version from
v0.15.1to0.17.1.
