- Adds an update to the Auth Store to store the authToken and refreshToken when you login
- Added an 'authenticate' endpoint so we have an endpoint to 'auth' against and get a new authToken
- Added axios interceptors to catch for death
- Adjusted the layout to show a spinner to the user when loading
