When we're prototyping, it can be convenient to decide to throw in something like Material UI, or Chakra. These solutions have their own strengths and weaknesses.
This PR gives us both the auto-login, and a working integration with an 'ok' looking UI library that gives us a ton of components out of the box. It nicely integrates with Zod for form validation too.

TLDR: Replaced @/lib/common with mantine. Introduced Zod for validation.
