Renaming browser location source metro → default is an API/SDK breaking change for callers using the old enum value; vault capture_token adds sensitive credential-handling surface.

Overview
Release 0.129.0 bumps package/docs version metadata and regenerates SDK types from the API.

Browser location: locale_source / timezone_source no longer use the value metro; the region-default provenance is now default, and the Go constant is renamed from BrowserLocationSourceMetro to BrowserLocationSourceDefault (a breaking rename for code that referenced the old constant or string).

Viewport docs: refresh_rate documentation now states that omitted refresh rate defaults to 60 Hz on GPU browsers and is otherwise derived from width/height.

Vault card enrollment: card_enrollment actions (and related union/action helpers) gain optional capture_token for Kernel-wallet embedded capture with @onkernel/vault-react; docs warn it is secret, Kernel-only, and must not be logged or stored in browser storage.
