Overview
Release 0.130.0 bumps package version and changelog; the substantive SDK updates track new vault/Link API surface and a pagination behavior fix.

Link vault cards gain optional recurring on CardVaultItemSpecLink (interval / interval_count), with docs clarifying that amount is a per-period spend cap when recurring is set. Vault expand options and response types add link_user_info and link_shipping_addresses, including new LinkUserInfo, LinkShippingAddress, and related nested models.

Offset pagination no longer stops when a page has zero items: GetNextPage and auto-pagers follow X-Next-Offset until the cursor is 0, repeats the current offset, or is missing on an empty page—covered by new telemetry-style tests in pagination_empty_page_test.go.

Smaller doc/schema updates: fill timeout_ms is deprecated/ignored; Kernel card pending_authorization and alias-mode flows are documented more accurately.
