Overview
Release 0.131.0 adds Python SDK support for vault passkey flows tied to Kernel browser sessions.

vaults.items.perform_operation gains typed overloads (sync and async) for arm_passkey, register_passkey, and disarm_passkey, each requiring browser_id and an optional field when multiple passkey fields apply. Responses can include the new PasskeyVaultItemOperationResult (armed / disarmed, optional rp_id).

Vault models, available_operations literals, ItemPerformOperationParams, and api.md exports are updated accordingly. Passkey credential field docs now direct callers to these operations instead of browser fill.
