The README opened on "Human-Approved Ecommerce Agent" and a trend-discovery
pipeline, which reads as a storefront tool. The engineering substance is the
control model:

  • integration guards that fail at startup rather than falling back to live mode
  • every external operation idempotency-keyed against a DB unique constraint
  • three human approval gates that nothing advances past on its own
  • fully mocked by default; real access is opt-in per integration

This leads with that and lets ecommerce be the domain it happens to operate in.
Also surfaces the stack, which was previously only discoverable from Quick Start.

No functional changes. Prose only.

The README opened on "Human-Approved Ecommerce Agent" and a trend-discovery
pipeline, which frames the project as a storefront tool. The engineering
substance is the control model: fail-closed integration guards, idempotency-keyed
external operations, and human approval gates that nothing advances past on its
own. Lead with that and let ecommerce be the domain it operates in.

Also surfaces the stack, which was previously only discoverable from the Quick
Start section.
