The SliM V0.5 work changed the public wire, fixture, and macro APIs, so this prepares minor pre-1.0 releases for all published workspace crates:
slim_protocol:0.2.0→0.3.0rust_slim_macros:0.1.0→0.2.0rust_slim:0.2.2→0.3.0Workspace path dependencies now also carry their crates.io version requirements, Temoc follows the new local versions, and the HTML-hash documentation references
