When Towncrier builds the release notes, the 4 filename stem is treated as the issue number and pyproject.toml:329 formats it as a link to pipecat-ai/pipecat#4, which is unrelated to this change. Rename the fragment to <current_PR_number>.security.md so the published Security entry links to the correct pull request.
