== Device cleanup on iOS and iPadOS

- Device cleanup on iOS and iPadOS now resets settings such as time zone, language, and HTTP proxy on devices with the newer Settings layout. Previously, layout changes in newer iOS and iPadOS releases could cause these cleanup steps to fail with an `Error while cleaning up device, cleanup steps failed` message.
