The modern QR infrastructure layer for fast, customizable, and dynamic QR code generation.
QraftLab is a web-based platform built with Flask that transforms QR codes from static utilities into flexible, trackable, and design-aware digital assets.
QR codes are everywhere — but most tools are:
- ugly
- static
- limited
- not user-centric
- always paid
QraftLab rethinks this by making QR creation:
free, fast, dynamic, customizable, and product-grade.
- ⚡ Instant QR code generation (static & dynamic)
- 🔁 Dynamic QR routing with editable destinations
- 🎨 Custom design system (colors, styles, branding-ready output)
- 👤 User accounts & dashboard management
- 🧭 Structured workflow instead of one-off generation
- 🛠 Support system for real user feedback loops
QraftLab is not just a tool — it is a productized utility layer.
It is built around:
- minimal friction UX
- real-world usage scenarios (cafes, creators, students, events)
- modular backend architecture
- scalable feature expansion
- Backend: Flask (Python)
- Frontend: HTML + Bootstrap + custom CSS
- Auth: Google OAuth
- Deployment: Render
- Database: PostgreSQL
Frontend scaffolding was partially assisted using AI-based development tools, but the system architecture, feature design, backend logic, and product decisions were fully implemented and iterated manually.
During development, I became significantly more comfortable with vibe coding workflows, especially on the frontend side — rapidly iterating UI/UX using AI-assisted scaffolding, while focusing manually on structure, consistency, and product feel.
This allowed faster prototyping while maintaining control over:
- layout decisions
- design consistency
- user experience flow
QraftLab is the foundation of a broader direction: building lightweight, high-utility web tools that feel like real products, not demos.

- Designing and shipping a full-stack web product from scratch
- Thinking in systems instead of pages
- Structuring backend logic for real-world usage
- Authentication + user-driven flows
- UX consistency under constraints
- Working with vibe coding workflows (frontend acceleration using AI tools) while maintaining manual control over product architecture
A QR platform reimagined as a product layer — not a generator.
