Summary

  • tighten wrapper fork cleanup so it only targets newly created maintenance forks and safely skips cleanup when python3 is unavailable
  • add regression coverage for artifact-based fork cleanup and no-python3 safety behavior
  • document the python3 runtime dependency, install commands, and degraded behavior in README

Document the python3 runtime dependency and tighten fork cleanup so the wrapper can safely discover and delete only new maintenance forks without risking the active session in degraded environments.
