Python の最低バージョンを 3.12 に揃え、CI で Python 3.12 / 3.13 / 3.14 / 3.15 を検証します。Python のメタデータ、開発コンテナ、開発手順を対応範囲に合わせて更新しました。既に条件を満たす設定は維持しています。

Ruff 0.17.2、mypy 2.4.0、および各リポジトリで使用するテスト・ドキュメント用ツールを公開されている最新版へ更新し、必要な型注釈・lint 設定を修正しました。Sphinx は Python 3.12 で 9.1.1、3.13 以上で 9.2.0 を使用し、Read the Docs の依存ファイルも更新しています。ロックファイルは開発ツールを中心に更新しています。

検証: Python 3.12 で uv sync --locked --all-extras、Python 3.15.1 で lint とローカルテスト（18件成功）、make format、uv build、uv lock --check。Python 3.14 と Read the Docs 用の依存ファイルで HTML ビルドも成功しました。

Dependabot は月次更新を維持し、uv の minor・patch を python-minor-patch、GitHub Actions の minor・patch を actions-minor-patch にまとめます。major 更新はグループの対象外です。
