Version-only release of merged #821 (build.zig.zon 0.124.0 -> 0.125.0): the in-tree sokol, raylib_v2 and bgfx_v2 emcc hooks honor LABELLE_WASM_LINK_OPT (labelle-toolkit/labelle-bgfx#208), choosing the emcc link -O level independently of -Doptimize. Unset/default keeps the previous flags, so defaults are unchanged. Curated framework pins and version floors remain unchanged.
