• feat(manifest-v2): lazy root build deps; lazy-safe emsdk preflight (fixes #823) #824 (fixes wasm build installs a second ~1.4 GB emsdk in the checkout even when EMSDK is set #823): backend manifests may set .lazy = true on a root build dep (manifest-v2 RootBuildDep.lazy, default false); the generated build.zig.zon entry is then lazy, so Zig fetches it only when a build script calls b.lazyDependency. The emitted ensureEmsdkActivated preflight resolves emsdk with b.lazyDependency(...) orelse return, so it works for lazy and eager entries. Manifests without the field emit byte-identical zon; older assemblers ignore the field.
• perf(debug): bound the entity inspector's per-component code (labelle-engine#922) #822 (Profile and shrink remaining oversized WASM functions: startup, inspector, deserialization (labelle-cli#528 WP2b) labelle-engine#922): the debug plugin's entity inspector per-component code is outlined, bounding its code size.

Curated framework pins and version floors remain unchanged (the new manifest field is optional and backward compatible, so no floor applies).
