Maintenance refresh of all three lockfiles. Supersedes #57.

uv.lock

uv lock --upgrade inside the 7-day cooldown, with ty held at 0.0.84. Notable moves: polars 2.0.0, pydantic 2.14.0, cyclopts 5.2.0, tenacity 9.2.1, litellm 1.104.2, boto3 1.43.109, commitizen 4.19.2, hypothesis 6.168.5 and lefthook 2.2.1. filelock moves back to 3.32.7 because litellm 1.104.2 caps it below 4; litellm is dev-only, so the published wheel's resolution is unaffected.

• polars 2.0.0: the published polars>=1.40.0 already resolves 2.0.0 on a fresh install of 0.3.0, so the suite now runs against what users get. It passes unchanged.
• ty 0.0.85 adds truthiness-test-of-none-union, which reports 55 sites across six members. Each site needs its own None-versus-empty decision, so that bump gets its own change.
• tenacity 9.2.1 types .retry on a decorated function, so the three ty: ignore / pyright: ignore pairs on it in the retry tests are removed.
• The harbor and transformers exclude-newer-package exemptions are deleted; the global window admits both releases now.

Price table, litellm v1.104.2

#57 went red because 90 of 257 vendored entries no longer matched the installed litellm. scripts/update_prices.py --ref v1.104.2 regenerates the table:

• Upstream prices claude-opus-5-5 at the rates its local override carried, so the override retires. The override tests now pin a synthetic entry, so the override path keeps its coverage with no live override.
• 34 ids added (GPT-6 Luna and Sol, Bedrock ids for Opus 5.5, Mythos 5 and 5.1, Fable 5).
• Upstream dropped the priority rates for six gpt-5.x ids, so the two gpt-5.1-codex priority frozen prices are re-captured from litellm 1.104.2.
• Upstream deleted 32 models past their deprecation date (Claude 3.x, claude-opus-4-1, claude-sonnet-4-20250514, claude-opus-4-20250514, older GPT-4 ids). A session on one of those is now unpriced (NULL), matching litellm.
• The arithmetic is unchanged: test_pricing_identity.py passes bit for bit against litellm 1.104.2.

CONVERTER_SCHEMA_VERSION 9 -> 10, because cost labels and totals change, so a corpus re-converts on its next materialize.

mise.lock and the docs site

• mise run tools:bump: uv 0.13.1, osv-scanner 2.7.0, semgrep 1.180.0, trivy 0.76.0.
• Site: astro 7.3.8, starlight 0.42.6, markdown-remark 7.3.2, markdown-satteri 0.4.3, tabler icons 3.49.0, vitest 5.0.4. starlight-links-validator stays at 0.26.0 because 0.27.0 makes astro check reject the hName data in src/lib/agent-note.ts. TypeScript 7 stays out.

Verification

• mise run check and mise run docs:gate pass locally.
• mise run docs:citations:fix rewrote the citations that the pyproject.toml and test-file line moves shifted.
