Coaching App Template is a Flutter-based application project designed as a starting point for building customized coaching institute and educational apps.

The project includes a modular folder structure, a login screen interface, a main application interface, centralized configuration, and an automated Android APK build workflow.

🚀 Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Flutter SDK
• Dart SDK
• Git
• Android SDK (for local Android builds)

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/lalankumar99/app.git

2. Open the Project

cd app

3. Install Dependencies

flutter pub get

4. Run the Application

flutter run

📦 Build APK with GitHub Actions

You can build an Android APK using GitHub Actions without installing Android Studio on your own device.

1. Open the Actions page.
2. Select Build Android APK (Coaching App Template).
3. Click Run workflow.
4. Select the main branch.
5. Click the green Run workflow button.
6. Wait for the workflow to complete successfully.
7. Open the workflow run and download the Coaching-App-Release-APK artifact.

The generated APK is packaged inside the downloaded artifact ZIP file.

🔥 Firebase Integration

The project includes optional Firebase dependency entries in pubspec.yaml.

Firebase services are not enabled by default. To add Firebase functionality, configure a Firebase project and update the dependencies and application initialization as required.

You can customize the project by modifying:

• Application name and theme
• Login screen

• Configuration settings

• Backend integration
