Each person now chooses which push alerts their phones take (over budget, cash low ahead, reminders due) and quiet hours in their own time zone; send-push filters the alert to the chosen kinds and sends nothing in quiet hours, so what waits goes after them. GET /v1/debt/ gives the total owed and the minimums a month, and /v1/budget/trend gives each month's total, both summed on the server so the phone adds no money. The CLI gains --push and --quiet on `salli notifications set` and shows the totals; the phone shows the toggles and quiet hours on More > Notifications, the minimums on Debts and the figures on the trend bars, as the household designs drew them.
