use-family 0.10.0: install every missing CLI with one command

A new user had to copy a dozen curl … install.sh | sh lines one at a time. On an Intel Mac two of them stopped with an error: wechat-use is Apple Silicon only, and discord-use had no Intel binary until v0.2.1.

Change

• install-clis.sh (new):

  curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/leeguooooo/plugins/main/install-clis.sh | sh

  • Runs each missing *-use CLI's own installer. It downloads each installer before running it, so a failed download counts as a failure, not an empty script that "succeeds".
  • Skips what doesn't run on this machine (wechat-use on Intel Macs, motion-use on Windows) and what's already installed. If one install fails, it carries on with the rest and exits non-zero.
  • At the end it lists the one-time setup some CLIs need: memory-use init, mail-use apple-mail import, Full Disk Access for message-use, DISCORD_TOKEN.
  • | sh -s -- mail-use ocs installs just those, including iphone-use, which isn't in the default set because it needs an iPhone.
• doctor.sh and install-use-family.sh: lead with that one line. discord-use and image-use now get the standard installer line, so their special cases from use-family 0.9.1: right install hints on Intel Macs, and check image-use #32 are gone.
• README and the routing skill mention it. use-family version 0.9.1 → 0.10.0.

Tests

• New tests/install-clis.test.sh (added to CI) with a fake curl and uname. It covers the default set on Intel and on Apple Silicon, skipping on re-run, carrying on past a failure, and named-only installs.
• doctor.test.sh and install-use-family.test.sh are updated for the new hints.
• End to end on an Intel Mac, with real installers, a fresh HOME and the system PATH: 12 of 13 installed. image-use failed because macOS's python3 is 3.9; that's fixed in leeguooooo/image-use (fix/install-old-python).
