Adds sflow (leeguooooo/session-flow) next to ocs in the Teammates layer.

  • marketplace: new sflow entry (skill ./skills/sflow, strict:false); use-family 0.14.0 depends on it
  • routing skill: when to pick sflow (multi-step, multi-agent workflow) vs ocs (one message to an existing session); trust/approval prompts are asked in the conversation and passed with sflow answer
  • scripts: sflow in the name lists (macOS/Linux only), repo mapping sflow -> session-flow
  • upgrade detection also accepts unindented help lines (sflow upgrade ...)
  • README: Codex loop and family block

sflow 0.1.7 implements the upgrade convention: sflow upgrade [--check|--json], daily stderr notice, skill refresh.

Tests: all four tests/*.sh pass locally.
