feat(server): add recipe model defaults and idempotent model loading - #2221
Recipe-local model defaults + idempotent model load
Recipes may now declare a top-level models object mapping slot IDs to file IDs. On load, request-provided selections take precedence; recipe defaults fill any slot the request omits, so POST /sdcpp/v1/models/load now accepts {"recipe": ""} alone.
Additionally, loading a recipe+selection that is already active is a no-op returning the current status with already_loaded: true, instead of tearing down and rebuilding the context. The no-op compares the fully resolved selection (recipe defaults merged in) plus the complete recipe object, so a catalog refresh with modified recipe metadata still triggers a reload.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
Recipes can define component file-ID defaults. Load requests can omit model selections, and explicit selections override defaults by slot. When a request matches the active recipe, selection, and component paths, the server returns current status with already_loaded: true.

Summary
Validate and resolve recipe model defaults examples/server/model_catalog.h, examples/server/model_catalog.cpp, examples/server/api.md
Recipe validation accepts an optional models mapping with declared slot IDs and nonempty file IDs. Load preparation fills unselected slots from recipe defaults, resolves the tae/taesd alias, removes empty-string selections, and writes the resolved selection back to the request body. The documentation describes defaults, per-slot overrides, and empty-string behavior.
Handle repeated and omitted selections examples/server/routes_models.cpp, examples/server/model_catalog.cpp, examples/server/model_catalog.h, examples/server/api.md
The load route treats an omitted models selection as empty. When the ready model’s recipe, selection, active recipe, and resolved component paths match, it returns current status with already_loaded: true without rebuilding the model. The API documentation describes this response.

Both CodeRabbit findings are addressed (alias precedence in the merge; alias canonicalization in the slot loop). The docstring-coverage warning is the only remaining check — the file's existing style uses leading comments rather than docstrings, so I've matched that. Companion webui change is open at leejet/sdcpp-webui#7 and cross-referenced.
This PR should align stable-diffusion.cpp with llama.cpp way of loading models:

The default model selections are useful, but the idempotency check needs to compare the effective configuration consistently:
Changed model paths can incorrectly return already_loaded: true. The comparison only checks file IDs and the recipe object. If a model directory symlink/junction is retargeted within the configured root, prepare_model_load() resolves a different component path, but the early return keeps the old context. Please include the resolved component paths in the comparison.
Omitted and explicitly empty optional slots trigger unnecessary reloads. For an optional slot without a recipe default, omitting tae and passing "tae": "" produce identical context parameters, but different selection JSON. Switching between these requests rebuilds the entire context. Please normalize empty optional selections after merging defaults and validating the request, preserving explicit empty values as overrides during the merge.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Correct the empty-slot behavior.
If a recipe defines a default for an optional slot, an empty string disables that default. Omitting the slot selects the default. The empty key is removed from the reported selection, but the two requests do not load identically. State that distinction here.

The endpoint returns already_loaded: true only when the state is ready, the fully resolved selection matches, the complete recipe object matches, component paths match, and unload is false. A recipe metadata refresh or component-path change therefore triggers a reload even when the recipe ID and requested selection are unchanged. State this condition in the API documentation.

Added component_paths_match() — the early return now also compares the request's resolved component paths against the active context's params (*runtime.ctx_params), so a symlink/junction retargeted inside the root with unchanged file IDs forces a real reload.
Empty optional slots are normalized out of the selection after the default merge and validation (explicit "" still blocks the recipe default during the merge). Omitting tae and sending "tae": "" now produce identical selections and hit the no-op path.
Both verified against a live server: identical reloads return already_loaded: true (including the "" cases), a symlink-swapped model dir with the same file IDs reloads in ~17s, and a different selection still rebuilds.
