Summary
Add shared helpers for installing a local stdio MCP server in Codex or Claude Code and checking its MCP handshake and tool list. Setup refuses to replace an existing named server. The probe calls no messenger tool.
This is the first package in the max-cli/tg-cli local MCP setup sequence. It prepares
@leemour/cli-core0.16.0; cli-messaging and both CLIs follow after this package is published.Checks
