media: Reddit profile avatar - dark and light, circle-crop safe

Adds the Reddit profile avatar art to media/: jeffy-avatar-dark.png and jeffy-avatar-light.png (2048×2048), plus the jeffy-avatar.html source that renders both themes — same pipeline and brand tokens as media/banner.html. The loop glyph sits left of the stacked JEFFY/LOOP wordmark, with everything inside the circle safe zone Reddit crops avatars to (the source's ?crop=1 flag previews that crop).
