Fix documentation: reference module -> follow module in Followed event

• Fixed incorrect module type reference in the Followed event documentation in Events.sol
• The processFollowModuleReturnData parameter documentation incorrectly said reference module instead of follow module
• Before: if the followed profile has a reference module set
• After: if the followed profile has a follow module set
