This makes it easier to manage the lifecycle of this project.
- Switch to a cleaner conf.py file format. - Remove the submodule'd theme. - Drop the Makefile. - Drop the custom template. - Switch theme to Furo.
This is generally considered to be a better approach for isolation.
Also switches to the minified variant.
This is now replaced by `nox -s docs-live`.
