Adding Organization and Roles page to Community

Summary

Adds a new "Organization and Roles" page under Community to describe how the Lingua Franca Open-Source Ecosystem (OSE) is structured and how work is organized.

Changes

New page: Organization and Roles (/community/organization-and-roles/)

• Project structure, two core teams (Infrastructure & Platform, Outreach and Onboarding), code review philosophy, platforms and hardware, community support, working together, Code of Conduct, licensing, and guiding principles.

Community page

• Added an "Organization and Roles" card in the Online Places section with a document icon and a link to the new page.

Files changed

• src/pages/community/organization-and-roles.tsx (new)
• src/pages/community/organization.module.css (new)
• src/components/Community/index.tsx (updated with link to Organization and Roles)

LGTM, except that under licensing it says "BSD, MIT, GPL, ISC". We do not use GPL. I don't know what ISC is. Do we have any code with an MIT license?

reactor-rs and some other repos use MIT, reactor-cpp uses ISC, and intellij-lf uses GPL, although most of our repos use BSD-2 or BSD-3. How about we say BSD-2, BSD-3, MIT, etc. instead?
