- 实现 Basic Auth 中间件保护 /ui/ 和 /api/ 路由
- 默认启用 Basic Auth，首次启动时自动生成随机密码
- 支持通过环境变量配置: CCNEXUS_BASIC_AUTH_ENABLED, CCNEXUS_BASIC_AUTH_USERNAME, CCNEXUS_BASIC_AUTH_PASSWORD
- 添加 API 端点: /api/config/basic-auth, /api/config/basic-auth/reset-password
