Restore typed mnemonic generation so Rust and language bindings share bip39's supported word counts without a separate LDK Node enum. Require bip39 3.0 for the typed API while allowing legacy migration-test nodes to keep using bip39 2.x. Co-Authored-By: HAL 9000
