The tests didn't have an upper bound for tedious versions. And it seems this library only made it's compatibility up to version 9.2.3 (version 11x broke it). |

What does this PR do?
Updates two dependencies in order to address security vulnerabilities
Motivation
axios, a development dependency was suggested to get fixed through
npm audit fixsysteminformation:4.22.5, which is the main reason for this PR, is vulnerable to command injection. A fix was applied on version 5.6.7
