Update the canonical plan, review and comment record after the paired offline-name-reuse fixes in #583–#586. Document scenario revision 4, identity/error/retention boundaries, the hourly-log collector repair, and current evidence limits. Include a requirement-to-artifact checklist and keep failed or blocked qualification explicit. This follow-up stays separate from the original 863-line documentation PR. No Kafka or test behavior changes. Final-source process/wrapper qualification and the final completion audit remain open.
