Companion qualification for #592. Scenario revision 5 now creates a native 3.0 topic, loses its only replica/controller, queues deletion, checks the online metadata tombstone and retained ZooKeeper assignment, returns the replica, and verifies only replacement records after recreation. The runner executes it before client phases. The auditor requires all four new checks and rejects revision-4 evidence. The actual runner method passed with the fixed 3.0 archive; the equivalent old-archive target failed with a ghost cached topic. Partial targets remain incomplete migrations. All 82 Python tests pass. No deadlines or existing record assertions were relaxed. CI selects the paired 3.0 native-deletion-ack branch.
